Wars are horrible. Brave Men and women sacrifice their lives so the rest of our country can enjoy our freedom. Unfortunately with war comes great sacrifice. Our great country has been through many blood spilling wars. It is important that future generations know how we were dragged into these events and why fighting to defeat the opposition was so very important during that time and how it was to affect years to follow. Of course when talking about a specific war, people recognize the name of the war, the key countries involved, and some other key aspects. But there are always so many details that are always left out.

The Revolutionary War, Civil War, World War 1, World War 2, Korean War, Vietnam War, and now the war on terror. Each generation in history has always been involved in some major conflict. These wars are of course the wars that left many dead from combat. But there have also been other events that have not been essentially covered by the media and the public has been understandably ignorant to the details of those conflicts.

  We hope we are able to post accurate information on these battles. We also hope readers will share posts and stories that they have came across during their lives. The media does not cover everything. Many times it is not done on purpose. But other times the media is ran as a propaganda machine. It is when the media is used in this way when people are brainwashed and do not know the entire truth. Open discussion is always necessary in order to try to stop the unwanted bloodshed to continue to happen in the future.
