The truth is starting to come to light in California. A Compton City Council member was arrested for rigging votes in an election earlier this year in a race he “won” by just one vote. Compton City Councilman Isaac Galvan was charged with conspiracy to commit election fraud and wasn’t the only one either. According to Los Angeles County district attorney’s office five others were also charged with conspiracy to commit election fraud. The charges against Galvan allege that him and another former candidate both worked together to get people from outside of the district to vote for Galvan.
