Well this is no longer a conspiracy theory. Both sides have now admitted that labs do exist in Ukraine. Watch this press conference as Russia claims that the United States has bioweapon labs in Ukraine. Palbulletin has of course been reporting on the allegations that bioweapon labs existed in Ukraine and it appears that the sources that we used were right that labs do exist in Ukraine. If the labs are owned and also ran by America has yet to be proven however. Yesterday the United States Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland appeared before the Senate Foreign Relation Committee hearing on Ukraine in a hearing. She seemed to want to get ahead of the story that was coming out and also looked very nervous as she made her statements.

The United States admitted that there were biological research facilities in Ukraine and that they were working with the Ukrainians to make sure that the Russians did not get possession of the materials.
