Why is everyone in Washington D.C. truly freaking out about the House Speaker Voting? Devolution. The Brunson SCOTUS Court Case could be the Final Piece of the Puzzle. Today is the two year anniversary of an event that many from the MAGA movement believe was a false flag event orchestrated by the deep state. Millions of voters arrived in Washington D.C. to peacefully protest their frustration that Congress could possibly certify an election without even doing an investigation. Wouldn’t it be ironic that January 6th, 2023 could be the date that kick starts another unforgettable day in America’s history?
It certainly appears that very well could be the case. The mainstream media and others attacked such MAGA supporters as Jon Herold, aka Patel Patriot, and also Derek Johnson. Both of these men and other digital soldiers claimed that a white hat operation was happening behind the scenes in an attempt to help save our Republic from the communists who have been breaking many laws in order to gain power across the country. It is starting to look like that these men and their “nut-job conspiracy theory” may actually be happening.
Why is our propagandist mainstream media wanting to get this speaker of the House of Representatives vote finished and to have Republican Kevin McCarthy as the new speaker? Oh. There may certainly may be good reason. All of the panic that we are currently seeing in Washington D.C. may be about a court case that has arrived to the Supreme Court. You haven’t heard about it? It’s because it is yet another story that our fake news networks did not want the public to know about. The court case could change American politics forever.
The Raland J. Brunson v Alma S. Adams case is set to be looked at by the Supreme Court today. Palbulletin has reported about this case over the past few weeks. This case was filed by Four brothers known as “the Trumpeteers” because of their past music history and appearances playing the trumpet on late night shows in the 1980s. The Brunson brothers’ trumpet call may be music to the ears of millions of Americans starting today.
What happens if this case is ruled in favor of the Brunson brothers? Oh this gets good. Are you ready? 385 Representatives and Senators could immediately lose their positions in government forever. They would be immediately escorted off of government property because they are no longer elected officials. This would include President Joe Biden and additionally Vice President Kamala Harris.
Why are they overturning the election of 2020? Well actually the allegations of a stolen election is not what the court case is about. The fact of the matter is that the Brunson case accuses Congress of failing to fulfill its duty to protect the citizens of the United States. Senators, Representatives, President and also Vice President all swear an oath to protect the people from foreign and domestic enemies. This oath takes place in January after each election.
The Brunson case has some merit and there is precedent that supports the petitioner’s argument that their was a serious breach of national security when Congress certified the election despite then Director of National Intelligence of the United States John Ratcliffe claims that there was allegedly foreign interference by China.
There was an Executive order that many people don’t know about that may change everything. Executive Order 13848 was signed into order by President Donald Trump on September 12th, 2018. This E.O. happened before the midterms in 2018. In that executive order it states the following: “Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.”
Not surprisingly the intelligence community slow walked the whole process and President Trump did not receive a report until just days before he left the office of January of 2021. The CIA and also other intelligence agencies failed to fulfill what was required in this extremely important order that was sent out by the President of the United States. DNI Ratcliffe reportedly tried earnestly to get those agencies to meet the required deadline. He did not receive the report on a timely basis but he did however state publicly that there was indeed evidence that China may have helped sway the election.
The Trump administration had many options on the table in an attempt to stay in office if they were Constitutionally allowed to while the result of the election was being investigated by state and federal governments and possibly the United States military. A famous meeting involving Patrick Byrne, Sidney Powell, General Michael Flynn and also Mike Lindell took place in December following the election.
At that meeting, the Trump administration and that small group discussed possible options. One of those options was reportedly initiating martial law. The Trump administration in the end decided against it because they probably felt that the country would be torn up because of chaos that would happen because of the announcement. Trump left the oval office peacefully in January of 2021.
However, before President Trump left office you may remember that he did not spend much time in Washington D.C. in the last six weeks of his presidency. He seemed to disappear off of the radar and was mysteriously quiet in the eyes of the public. Where was he during that time? He reportedly was meeting with members of the military in Texas and additional facilities. This is where Jon Herold’s devolution theory begins.
That theory states that there is currently a continuity of government operation that our military is initiating. This is the true reason that the Qanon movement was attacked so brutally by the mainstream media despite not one violent act being committed by any follower. Derek Johnson and also others believe that Trump remained Commander-in-Chief and continues to work with our military. Joe Biden was certified by Congress as President but the military never recognized him as the leader of the armed forces.
Everyone has noticed that everything has been bizarre ever since Biden was sworn into office in January of 2021. The President, Congress and our mainstream media have done and said some crazy things. Mayhem has additionally erupted around the globe. Was the United States military and other white hats involved in operations overseas to help clean up the mess that the deep state had created?
Ok. I know that you have been waiting for me to describe how this has anything to do with today. The mainstream media have been noticeably agitated during the past few days. They have been pushing for Republican Kevin McCarthy to become speaker of the House. Since when do members of the media root for any Republican? Twenty brave MAGA representatives have stood their ground and have refused to vote for McCarthy to become speaker. There have been ten votes. McCarthy has failed to get the required votes to become the new Speaker.
Here is when it gets good. According to History.house.gov, “Representatives usually take their oath during the first day of a new Congress, when the House organizes itself. After the Speaker is elected, the Member with the longest continuous service (the Dean of the House) administers the oath to the Speaker”. Notice that it states AFTER the speaker is elected. There currently is no elected Speaker since Nancy Pelosi stepped down.
Is the whole reason for the delay because those courageous twenty MAGA republicans are waiting for this Brunson case to be heard by the Supreme Court? You may have also noticed that former President Donald Trump was nominated to be Speaker by Florida Representative Matt Gaetz. Who is third in line to lead this nation if the President and also Vice President of the United States were forced to leave their positions? The Speaker of the House of Representatives would be the new replacement. Is everything starting to make sense now of why so many in Washington D.C. are panicking?
Everyone should want every wing of our government to be following the United States constitution. That of course includes our Supreme Court. Scotus always loves to have precedent when they rule on a case. Guess what. The Brunson case does have precedent. On January 6th, 2021 on the House floor, Texas Senator Ted Cruz pleaded with members of Congress to delay the certification for ten days. During those ten days an extensive investigation should take place. He based his argument using a case in 1877 to clarify his stand.
So does the Brunson case have any Constitutional weight to back it up? And will the Supreme Court have the courage to rule in favor of the Brunson brothers even if the court does believe that it is Constitutional? Well that obviously is the big question. But if the ruling is favorable, we could see immediate removal of 388 defendants from office. The voting situation in the House of Representatives may actually not be a clown show. Those MAGA representatives may be just delaying the process to take place just long enough for SCOTUS to make a judgement on the case.
If all of this does take place, expect mayhem to take place by our media, politicians and also their brown shirt operatives that have been doing the dirty work for the cabal. Some of those brown shirts include the alleged terrorist group called Antifa. If devolution is taking place and also the SCOTUS decision is the last event that needs to take place then expect the military to be spread out across the United States and a lot of chaos happening. Let’s pray for as little damage as possible if all of this does indeed happen. And let us also pray that the Supreme Court will follow the Constitution and rule in favor of what the majority of Americans want. Justice.
